About Me
I attended SAINTS from 1952 to 1958 after which I worked in the Guyana Civil Service for nine years before immigrating to Toronto, Canada in 1968. I completed a degree in Urban Studies during the early years of my employment with the municipal government of Toronto, to which I devoted my entire career as a professional City planner.
Having been a fairly successful motorcycle racer in both Guyana and Canada, I am still an avid fan of most types of motor racing. My other interests include almost all sports although I now participate actively only in snow skiing and volleyball.
Apart from my infrequent attendance at a variety of stage shows, my main entertainment activities remain listening to music and going out dancing.

Advice To Students
A decent education is the foundation for an enriched life. The opportunity of gaining a SAINTS education should be made the most of and cherished. This education will provide the necessary tools to enable you to fulfill your dreams and aspirations.

Favourite Memories of Saints
I have many fond memories of St. Stanislaus College. Apart from the excellent scholastic tutoring of both the Jesuit and lay teaching staff, my best memories are of their guidance in the sports events which I have loved throughout my life. During my college years my favourite sport was soccer, especially when the field was muddy. I remember captaining the Galton House soccer "B" team in my final years at SAINTS and having private competitions with players on other teams to see who could score the most goals in a season. Needless to say, my nickname among my soccer colleagues in my college years was "sugarfoot".

Why the Alumni Association is important to me
I decided to join the Association and become an active member to give something back to the school in appreciation of the education it had given me that initiated my interest and drive in living life to the fullest. My SAINTS schooling became the stepping stone to furthering my education as a professional City Planner when I immigrated to Canada. This profession enabled me to have a career that made a significant difference and hopefully some major improvements in the lives of the urban community in which I live.
My gratefulness for my SAINTS education is the reason that compelled me to join the Toronto Alumni Association and make a donation for a plaque on the SAINTS Wall of Fame in support of my alma mater.
