About Me
I attended SAINTS from 1985 to 1989. I later obtained a degree in Accountancy and worked at the Demerara Distillers Limited and the Guyana Office for Investment while in Guyana. I currently reside in Canada with my husband and three children and I work in the finance department at Statistics Canada.
Advice To Students
Even though, high school is a fun carefree time, it is also a very important time of our lives. When we are young we tend to have a lot of free time. We should use that time to gain further knowledge apart from academics such as reading and learning other skills such as sewing and music. It is hard to find time to learn new things later on when life becomes busy.
Favourite Memories of Saints
Apart from the education I received at Saints, I made some of the best friends at Saints. All these years later I still am close of many of my old classmates and we share a common bond by having been to Saints. Going to the farm was always a good memory for me and something I always looked forward to.
Why the Alumni Association is important to me
The Alumni Association is important to me because of what it does. I believe giving back to society is very important and this is an avenue that allows me to do this.
