Update on Saints Old School Spring Fling

It’s just under four weeks to go for the Old School Spring Fling on Sat. 5 April, 2014, from 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. at the West Rouge Community Centre, 270 Rouge Hills Drive, Toronto (Hwy 401/Hwy 2/Port Union Road neighbourhood).  As already mentioned in a previous e-mail, this is an all-inclusive event for $45 per person, with dinner served by Rose D’Ornellas from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and an “open” bar for alcoholic and soft drinks. 

The dinner menu has been set as follows:

            Entrée       BBQ Quarter Chicken, Caesar Salad, Peas & Rice, Glazed Carrots, Gravy
           Beverage   Coffee or Tea
           Dessert      Mixed Fruit with a Chocolate Fountain

We will accommodate special dietary requirements on request, but any requests must be made at least 3 days before the event to the person from whom the ticket was bought so that the food service deliverer can make the appropriate arrangements.

The sale of tickets has been steady, and we fully expect that the event will be sold out by the week of the event.  Last year, this event was sold out early, and we could have sold more tickets during the final weeks preceding the dance, but the limited size of the Hall prohibited us from doing so.
