Rafiq Khan

Rafiq Khan, former Program Director of Radio Demerara and considered the Dean of Caribbean Broadcasting, recently delivered the obituary at the funeral of another Guyanese icon, Olga Lopes-Seale. At the time of his retirement Rafiq was Regional Communication Adviser for the Caribbean with UNESCO in Jamaica.
